What do I do if my meter, key or card is faulty?

If your Pay-As-You-Go meter, key or card is not working properly and the problem is not related to your credit running out then please get in touch. You can call us free on 0800 952 0001 to get a replacement key or card or to make an appointment for us to visit your home if you think your meter is faulty.
