You can log into your online account and chose the “Submit your meter readings” option at the top of the screen. This will allow you to submit your meter readings.

By phone

Our new and improved automated telephone system lets you submit your readings without having to go through to our customer services department. Call 0800 952 0001 and press Option 1 to confirm that you are a Your Energy Sussex customer, wait to go into the next options list and then press Option 2 to submit your meter readings.
